Manufacturing Capabilities
As a bolt and fastener manufacturer, Pacific Coast Bolt maintains an extensive inventory of raw materials in carbon, alloy, and stainless, as well as an inventory of pre-tested and pre-certified bolt blanks. Our company’s capabilities include threading through 4” – UN, UNC (Coarse), and UNF (Fine)—as well as hot headed forging through 2 ¼”.
Need a non-standard bolt? No problem. Our tooling department allows us to manufacture to a wide range of custom specifications, so we can meet every customer’s unique requirements. Forging capabilities enable us to cater to any number of specifications a customer may have, including the forging of bolt heads to hex, square, track, carriage, socket, and penta heads.
