Serving the waterworks industry is Birmingham Fastener’s primary business. Our world class operators have a combined 100+ years of experience and an unmatched commitment to quality ensuring that our customers get the finest bolts possible for rugged waterworks applications.

Birmingham Fastener takes pride in being the only domestic manufacturer of T-Head Bolts. Our T-Bolts meet all ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11 requirements. We produce T-Bolts in many variations including fluorocarbon coated, 304 and 316 stainless material, anti-rotation design,  and non-standard thread length.

Special fasteners are produced according to customer drawings. Our team of engineers can also produce technical drawings utilizing our computer aided drafting system (CAD). Special design fasteners are quickly produced in one of our cold forming, hot forging, or specialty shops. We produce fasteners from ½ inch to 4 inches in diameter with unlimited length. Special capabilities include bending, drilling, and welding.

Our water works fastener line is complemented by a complete inventory of ASTM A307 Grade B Bolts. We stock all standard sizes and produce special designs upon request. Our ASTM A307 Grade B Bolts meet and exceed all requirements for AWWA C110/A21.10 and C115/A21.15 flanged joints.
